TMSGames is looking for a talented full-time Associate Producer to come join us and help to create the next generation of MMO game titles. The Associate Producer will be responsible for assisting the Senior Producer in project management, facilitating communications, organization, game content, documentation, and accountablility of all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and organizational skills. The ability to think and work quickly in a fast paced environment is also required. The Associate Producer reports directly to the Senior Producer.
- Assist in the creation and maintaining of development schedules.
- Drive the completion of project goals and provide excellent communications between team members.
- Obtaining management approvals for work in progress.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of schedules.
- Manage the receipt of deliverables for development partners.
- Assist in the QA process by managing the daily tracking of tasks and bugs.
- Work with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
- Assist in defining, updating, and creation of Game Design Documents, Technical Design Documents, and Game Specifications.
- Scheule and record meetings with comprehensive and concise notes.
- Assist in any other assignments as directed by Senior Producer.

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in PC / console developlment environment.
- Shipped at least one title.
- Self starter with high level of initiative.
- Passionate, committed and high level of energy.
- Practicle knowledge or experience in 3D, game design, and programming principles for effective team management and communications.
- Strong understanding of project management and schedule concepts with past experience using schedule and asset management software such as Microsoft Project and AlienBrain.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and apply data to improve results.
- Team player and strong motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for games and MMO's.
- Console development experience.
- Familiar with Zombie / Horror Movies and Games.
- Active player of MMO / RPG / FPS games.
